The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, but the bath tub was dangerously slick, making it tough to take a shower. The interior and exterior doors were a plus, but we had to fetch our own coffee and snacks as the cleaning staff missed them. The service was nice with breakfast choices, but there was a billing issue that resulted in unexpected charges and a lack of attentiveness. The location was suitable for our purpose, but there were safety concerns like icy walkways and suspicious activities. The dining options were basic with mostly packaged products and typical motel fare. The hotel lacked some facilities but overall was decent considering the value for money.
